How to Add LiveChat to a Wbesite,High Concurrency,Real-Time Chat

October 26, 2026

Now I will show you how to add a real‑time chat plugin for your website’s customer service. It’s in the bottom right corner.

Let’s take a look at this interface right here in the bottom right corner. By default, when you open the website, it shows a small icon. And when you click this icon, a small chat window will pop up. As a visitor, you can use the window to chat directly.

Messages you type here will appear directly in our customer service backend. They will be received immediately.

Our customer service team in the backend can use this input box to send a direct reply.

To enable this feature, you need to visit our website at www.golivechat.cn. On this domain, click the Sign Up button. Then enter your email address here and get the email verification code. Then enter the code. Enter your nickname and your password. Confirm your password and you will have created an account. Then you can log into the backend.

And you will see a chat link in the deployment section on the left. Click this deployment option to bring up this interface. On this interface, you will find the chat link. There is also a JS code snippet, which you can copy and add to your own website.

Once you have pasted it, you will be able to use the chatbot as a pop‑up in the bottom right corner of your site. Also, this program supports independent deployment. You can take our source code or the compiled version and deploy it on your own server to create a completely independent online customer service system, instead of the current SaaS mode.

Our online customer service system uses a Golang backend and is developed in that language. It supports high concurrency and real‑time communication for chat. It’s much more secure and high‑performance than traditional open‑source PHP code.
